SUMMARY

SoTel Systems is currently looking for an online sales specialist to help support our growing web services division and sale of our various product lines. The candidate must have ecommerce sales experience and the understanding of various sales platforms including but not limited Amazon, eBay, Newegg, Magento, etc.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



  • Manage high volume MFN Amazon account with 3K plus SKU's
  • Take ownership of all customer product and order support utilizing Amazon's seller best practices
  • Develop, monitor, write, and update product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals.
  • Work with the warehouse to ensure on time shipping and delivery metrics comply with Amazon's policies.
  • Monitor seller performance and take proactive actions as needed, including managing cases, product compliance, customer satisfaction, "voice of the customer" etc.
  • Analyze and reconcile inventory discrepancies between Amazon seller account and ERP.
  • Work with product and web services managers to create SEO friendly optimized product listings for all eCommerce channels.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in assigned product categories.
  • Use spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, etc.) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proactively monitor product listings and make changes as needed.
  • Multi-task, prioritize, and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.

Education/Training

Bachelor's Degree from a four- year College or University Preferred


Experience

One to two years related experience

  • Proven success in selling products through the various ecommerce platforms including Amazon and managing companies' electronics sales.
  • Thorough understanding of the Amazon Seller Central platform.
  • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP's is ideal.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, Excel knowledge is essential.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

Communication Skills

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write routine reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the public. Strong problem solving and resolution skills, ability to multitask, strong time management skills, ability to work under pressure.


Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have an intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The individual should also demonstrate an intermediate level of internet browsing ability, and Keyboarding skills.
