Osapiens is seeking an experienced Website Product Manager / Digital Experience Lead to own the strategy, performance, and continuous evolution of osapiens.com as a primary growth engine for the company.
This role treats the website as a product, not a marketing asset. The Website Product Manager will define the roadmap, manage agencies and technical partners, and lead data-driven experimentation to transform the website into a high-performing platform for pipeline generation, enterprise credibility, and product education.
Working closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams, this individual will ensure the website effectively supports enterprise buyers while enabling product-led experiences such as trials and self-serve product discovery. The role combines product thinking, growth experimentation, UX strategy, and technical execution.
Your Responsibilities
Website Strategy & Roadmap
Define the long-term website strategy aligned with pipeline and revenue objectives
Treat the website as a product with a clear roadmap, backlog, and release cycles
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure clear product education and solution storytelling
Ensure the website supports enterprise buying journeys and product-led experiences
Identify opportunities to improve discoverability, navigation, and buyer journeys
Conversion & Pipeline Optimization
Design and run conversion optimization experiments
Improve visitor-to-lead and lead-to-pipeline conversion rates
Create and optimize landing pages for campaigns, solutions, and product launches
Develop frameworks for testing CTAs, messaging, layout, and content structure
Partner with Demand Generation to maximize campaign performance
SEO & Organic Growth
Own SEO strategy and execution
Identify opportunities for organic growth across product, solution, and educational content
Improve domain authority, organic traffic, and search visibility
Partner with content teams to develop SEO-driven content architecture
Manage technical SEO and site performance improvements
User Experience & Information Architecture
Design clear and intuitive information architecture
Optimize navigation and content hierarchy
Ensure product pages clearly communicate capabilities, value, and differentiation
Improve content discoverability and buyer education pathways
Continuously improve usability based on behavioral data and analytics
Technical Platform Ownership
Own the Ibexa CMS platform
Manage external web development and design agencies
Prioritize and manage technical development backlog
Ensure strong performance across page speed, accessibility, and mobile experience
Maintain integrations with HubSpot and analytics systems
Data & Performance Analytics
Establish dashboards and reporting across key performance metrics
Use GA4, HubSpot, and SEO tools to track and analyze website performance
Monitor visitor behavior, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics
Deliver insights and recommendations to marketing leadership
Build a culture of continuous experimentation and learning
Your Experience
6-10+ years experience managing B2B SaaS websites
Proven experience treating websites as growth and pipeline engines
Strong background in conversion optimization and growth experimentation
Deep understanding of SEO and organic traffic strategies
Experience managing CMS platforms (Ibexa, WordPress, Craft, or similar)
Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4, HubSpot, and SEO tools
Experience managing external agencies and technical partners
Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
