We are seeking a talented Web Design and SEO/AdWords Specialist to join  our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, search engine optimization (SEO), and Google Ads management. You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, improving website performance, and driving targeted traffic to our digital platforms.

Requirements

• Web Design:
  • Create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our Firms identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design landing pages and promotional materials.
  • Ensure websites are responsive, optimized for various devices, and compliant with
    accessibility standards.
• SEO:
  • Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic
    search rankings.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and images for better visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search
    Console, and SEO software.
• AdWords Management:
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copies and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for
    improvement.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Web Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in web design, SEO, and Google Ads management.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g.,
    WordPress).
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
